A new round of funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), administered by the SBA, continues the availability of much-needed financial support for eligible small businesses to help keep employees and stay open safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. 1. Second-Time Community First Fund PPP Borrowers: This includes any business that applied and received a PPP loan through Community First Fund or FINANTA in Round 1 when the program was launched in 2020. 2. First-Time Community First Fund PPP Borrowers: This includes any business that did NOT apply for a PPP loan through Community First Fund or FINANTA in Round 1 when the program was launched in 2020. First Round PPP Forgiveness Process
If you applied for and received a PPP loan from Community First Fund during the first round of the program in 2020, than you are required to complete the forgiveness process. If you do not complete the forgiveness process, than your PPP loan will NOT be forgiven.
