• Pennsylvania $225 Million Grant Program for Small Businesses Impacted by COVID-19
The application window for the first round of the COVID-19 Relief Pennsylvania Statewide Small Business Assistance program closed at 11:59 PM on July 14. Grants will be limited to $50,000 based on revenue size. To be eligible, small businesses must have less than $1.0 million in revenues and fewer than 25 FTE employees. Applications will not be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. • Lebanon City Small Business Recovery Assistance Program
The Lebanon City Small Business Recovery Assistance Program is a new loan fund developed by the City of Lebanon and Community First Fund to provide emergency relief to small businesses struggling under the financial impact of COVID-19. The Emergency Fund is designed to help small businesses located within the City of Lebanon, PA by providing access to forgivable loans to support business recovery efforts.

• Reading Small Business Emergency Fund
The Reading Small Business Emergency Fund is a new fund created by the City of Reading and Community First Fund to provide emergency financial relief to small “mom-and-pop” businesses located in Reading, PA. This fund will provide small and very small businesses access to forgivable loans at multiple funding levels to help them overcome the devastating economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Lancaster City Small Business Emergency Fund
The Lancaster City Small Business Emergency Fund is a new fund created by Community First Fund and our partners to provide emergency financial relief to small businesses in the City of Lancaster. This fund will provide small and very small businesses access to loans and grants to help them overcome the devastating economic impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Community First Fund will be administering the Small Business Loans portion of the fund.

• SBA Paycheck Protection Program Loan
We are no longer accepting applications for the SBA Paycheck Protection Program. If you are seeking funding through the SBA Paycheck Protection Program, we encourage you to contact your local bank or credit union.
The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program offers favorable financing for small businesses to help keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus/COVID-19 crisis. Eligibility requirements for this program are as follows:
- This program is for any small business with less than 500 employees (including sole proprietorships, independent contractors and self-employed persons), private non-profit organization or 501(c)(19) veterans organizations affected by Coronavirus/COVID-19.
- Must be located in a Qualified Low Income Community.
- Loan applications beyond $500,000 will require special approval from Community First Fund senior management.
