VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF LENDING OPERATIONS

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Vice President, Director of Lending Operations to work out of either our Philadelphia or Lancaster offices. The Director of Lending Operations is responsible for the oversight and implementation of specific products and outcomes and manage the business requirements of the lending department for the Central and Northeast Pennsylvania markets. They will support designated staff in conducting business development/prospecting calls, review and evaluate credit memos for presentation to loan committee, assist staff in negotiating loan transactions, support lenders in settlement of loan transactions, and ensure that lending staff follow Community First Fund lending policy and procedures in all aspects of their work. DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Director of Finance to work out of either our Philadelphia or Lancaster offices. The Director of Finance supports the financial reporting needs of the organization, including asset liability management, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. They manage members of the Finance team to ensure the underlying financial records are accurate and complete. They also oversee the loan accounting systems, cash management, insurance, and carries primary responsibility for all financial SBA reporting. DIRECTOR OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Director of the Executive Office (DEO) to work out of either our Philadelphia or Lancaster offices. The DEO enhances the effectiveness of the President and CEO by coordinating and managing the administrative duties in addition to other tasks important to the efficient functioning of the office. SENIOR PROGRAM COMPLIANCE & IMPACT ASSOCIATE

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Senior Program Compliance & Impact Associate to work out of our Lancaster office. The Senior Program Compliance & Impact Associate is primarily responsible for accurate and time reporting to third-party funders and stakeholders and monitoring progress goals for assigned funds and, as needed, adjust reports based on data analysis. They also manage Community First Fund’s relationship with Federal funding sources such as the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, and other complex, high-profile funds. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

Community First Fund is currently hiring an Administrative Associate to work out of our Lancaster office. The Administrative Assistant is the primary administrative assistant for the organization. The duties also include answering the main phone lines, ensuring guest and clients visiting the office are provided quality customer service, sorting and distributing mail from the post office, coordinating payments for bank deposits and making daily deposits at banks. They support the Director of the Executive Office with coordination of calendar and scheduling, preparing and coordinating materials for internal and external meetings, and processing intake data for client visits. AFFINITY GROUP LENDING MANAGER

Community First Fund is currently hiring an Affinity Group Lending Manager to work out of our Philadelphia office. The Affinity Group Lending Manager supports all aspects of the Philadelphia-based microlending group program. They will ensure that all functions within the department are adequately staffed and performing at a high level to meet the growing needs of the organization. They are responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and monitoring of program compliance, policies and procedures that impact our microlending through small group collaborative lending. They also assist with the recruitment of potential borrowers and manage a portfolio of microlending clients. SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATE

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Senior Technical Assistance Associate to work out of our Philadelphia office. The Senior Technical Assistance Associate works closely with the Affinity Group Lenders to ensure that clients are increasing their financial capacity through regular follow-up meetings, educational workshops, individual and group support. They connect clients with appropriate resources and assist in the determination of eligibility for a variety of public programs. MORTGAGE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Community First Fund is currently hiring a Mortgage Support Specialist to work out of our Philadelphia office. Through a working knowledge of mortgage and business lending and financial concepts, the Mortgage Support Specialist provide sales, service, and portfolio support for our Philadelphia based lending products.
