Vice President, Director of Lending Operations (Lancaster or Philadelphia)
Community First Fund is currently hiring a Vice President, Director of Lending Operations to work out of either our Philadelphia or Lancaster offices. The Director of Lending Operations is responsible for the oversight and implementation of specific products and outcomes and manage the business requirements of the lending department for the Central and Northeast Pennsylvania markets. They will support designated staff in conducting business development/prospecting calls, review and evaluate credit memos for presentation to loan committee, assist staff in negotiating loan transactions, support lenders in settlement of loan transactions, and ensure that lending staff follow Community First Fund lending policy and procedures in all aspects of their work. Vice President, Marketing & Business Development (Lancaster or Philadelphia)
Community First Fund is currently hiring a Vice President, Marketing & Business Development to work out of either our Philadelphia or Lancaster offices. The Vice President, Marketing and Business Development is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s marketing and business development, as well corporate communications, public relations and special events in order to meet goals set forth in Community First Fund’s Strategic Plan. Community Microlender (Philadelphia)
Community First Fund is currently hiring a Community Microlender to work out of our Philadelphia office. The Community Microlender will utilize the affinity group lending model to provide small dollar, character-based loans to entrepreneurs and consumers in a group setting. They will increase the customer base, manage access to technical assistance and training, and originate, underwrite, and close microloans. Click here for the full details of this position.
Community First Fund is currently hiring a Controller to work out of our Lancaster office. The Controller is responsible for auditing, budgeting, reporting, cash management, loan accounting, preparation of monthly financial statements and making month-end financial journal entries. They ensure that all financial records are accurate and complete and help to supervise the Accounting team. Lending Support Specialist (Lancaster, Reading, Philadelphia) (2 Openings)
Community First Fund is currently hiring two (2) Lending Support Specialists to work out of our Lancaster, Reading, or Philadelphia offices. Through a working knowledge of CFF loan products and financial concepts, the Lending Support Specialist provides sales, service, and portfolio support to the commercial lending team throughout our 20-county region. Documentation & Closing Specialist (Lancaster)
Community First Fund is currently hiring a Documentation & Closing Specialist to work out of our Lancaster office. The Documentation and Closing Specialist has the primary responsibility for the preparation and collection of the required documents to close successfully the commercial loans originated by the lending department. Additionally, they will prepare and release collateral documents after loans are paid off; and provide supervision and training to all closing associates in the department.
